Information we collect

The forms collect your name, email, optional contact or company details, project answers, messages and the files you select. Submitting a form saves these on the server. The brief and attachments are also sent through Private Email to commercial@projects3ds.com for follow-up.

Purpose and access

ALL NIGHT ADS LTD is the controller of your enquiry information. We use it to answer questions, understand your project and prepare proposals. For requests about your own project, this supports steps you ask us to take before a contract. For business contacts and general questions, our legitimate interest is responding to relevant enquiries and operating the studio. Technical security information supports our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Storage and service providers

Briefs and attachments are stored on our Hetzner server in Germany and accessed by authorised studio staff. Email delivery uses Namecheap Private Email. Hosting and email providers process information to provide these services. Please send only files needed for your enquiry and remove unrelated personal information. The contact widget sends a message to the studio; it is not a live support service. We do not sell enquiry information or enrol you in marketing through these forms.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on whether an enquiry remains active, becomes a project, or is needed to address a dispute or a record-keeping obligation. Contact us to request deletion of an enquiry or its attachments. Any information that must be retained will be explained when we respond. Project records are considered separately from unsuccessful enquiries.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and, where applicable, portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the studio using the address above. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner or your local data protection authority.

Your choices

Optional website statistics

With your permission, we record pages viewed, referring website hostname, device category and approximate network location to understand website use. Your IP address is looked up locally on our server and is not stored in the analytics record or sent to an external geolocation service. Location is rounded to a broad area; it does not identify your address. Statistics use a random browser-tab identifier, changed when that tab session ends and separated by day in our records. Analytics records are kept for up to 90 days and removed during subsequent collection. Use Privacy settings to decline or withdraw permission for future collection. Website forms remain available if you decline. Hosting security logs are separate from these optional statistics.

Providing information is voluntary, but we need contact and project details to respond meaningfully. The quiz helps structure your request; proposals are reviewed by the studio, with no automated decision that commits you to a purchase.
